Further more we changed sales and distribution strategy from supplying both mass and selective retail with two different brands, to a pure selective distribution. All competitors were at that time doing the opposite and the response for the selective shops and chains were tremendous – i.e. the largest Danish furniture retail chain decided on a exclusive agreement with NT.
I left the company shortly before the company assets: stock and brands, were sold of. Due to the international financial crises the majority shareholder did not have the necessary financial backup to support the day to day operation of the business.
